Kingdom Story 2022 Annual Celebration in-person event was a great success.

Kingdom Story’s 2022 Annual Celebration was a terrific evening – more than 150 attended live and 50 more virtually over the next month. It was wonderful to gather together for the first time in quite a while – enjoying laughter, dessert, raffle and more. The evening was highlighted by sharing from Jim Mead, Dr. Richard Mutura (KS Africa Director), our founder, John Lewis, Branden Hubbell and Dr. Gary Matsdorf (our partner with Foursquare Church Global Training).

As Kingdom Story sought in 2021-22 to ‘ignite a worldwide movement of story-formed discipleship’ it was a privilege to share stories of impact locally and nationally with Young Life; church based training around Discipleship Reframed resource locally in Tacoma and in Latin America with Foursquare Global Training; the introduction of our Kingdom Story Experience resource on an online learning platform; the growth in our Africa hub under the outstanding leadership of Dr. Richard Mutura; and so much more.

Ross Stewart, Young Life Director for Alaska and South Puget Sound, ended the evening by sharing the impact of Kingdom Story on his life and students across his region. Ross challenged each of us to dig deep and invest in the work of Kingdom Story locally, nationally and globally.

You responded so generously. Kingdom Story came into the evening having raised $65,000 of the $100,000 needed to fully fund its 2021-22 budget and several new initiatives. Additional pledges that evening brought the total to $95,000 raised.  Kingdom Story seeks to raise that figure in the last two months of the year to $100,000 or more.

If you have not yet taken the opportunity to join in investing in Kingdom Story’s needs for 2021-22, we encourage you to go to 2022 Annual Celebration landing page on website.  You can view the virtual 2022 Annual Celebration, invest in the ministry and share the link with someone else who might like to become a part of our work.

Thanks to all who made the 2022 Annual Celebration a great success and for your generous investment in the ministry.
